Innovations during Covid -19

Hello Everyone!   I sure do miss each and everyone of YOU!  Hopefully, we will set up a zoom meeting this week and we can reconnect and touch base with everyone.  I will post information in the google classroom with instructions. Try your best to keep a normal routine. Go to bed at the normal time, get up as if you are going to work or school, and get your day off to a great start.  Consistency is something you can control, and is key to maintaining normalcy.

Remember to practice your social distancing, wash your hands, avoid touching face, eyes, and wear gloves and mask when out in public.  ( I know what the news is saying, but WE know, that we are going to do over and above to stay protected, because there is still a lot unknown)...do not worry, you won't look silly, and who cares anyway.....This will hopefully be over soon, but in the mean time, ALL of us need to do our part. Be a  "TEAM PLAYER".    Take care, be safe, get plenty of rest, eat 3 meals day (don't forget about meal pickups for all week), and remember to read something interesting everyday.  Lastly, do something FUN!  Yes, being at home can be a lot of fun, use your imagination and creativity and you will discover things about yourself you never dreamed you enjoyed or could do!  I am learning to make face masks! If I can do it, you can do it too!!

 Activities of Learning
This week we are reviewing healthcare innovations.  Remember when we discovered who developed pasteurization, the discovery of 1st antibiotic, artificial heart and so forth?  In the history of healthcare, we discovered how new innovations help to improve the quality of life and care given to patients.

Most recently in East Tennessee some new innovations have been created as a result of this pandemic.  I ask for you to watch the links below on innovations, reviewing the information and answering the document attached.  (You will also fine this information in google classroom)
