Transfer student registration will be on July 25 and July 30 from 9:00-11:30 and 1:00-2:30 each of those days.
Please bring:
- Birth certificate
- Shot record on TN form
- Proof of residence (utility bill or rental agreement in name of legal guardian)
- Custody paperwork IF student does not live with biological mom and dad
*Records will not be requested without the required documentation
Legal guardian and student must attend.
If you have applied for out of district enrollment, you will be contacted by phone prior to July 25.
