We look forward to meeting new Wildcats next week on Wednesday and Thursday! These days are only for students who are zoned for Sweetwater High School. If students requested an entrance interview via the Google Form, and you haven't heard from us yet, you will hear from us by the end of the day on Friday, August 2nd.
You must bring the following to enroll:
1. Proof Of Address-a current Sweetwater Utilities bill with the parent/legal guardian name on the bill
2. Proof of custody, if student is not currently living with both biological parents
3. Birth Certificate
4. Shot Record-It has to be on a TN form. If you have moved to TN from another state, you will need to go to the Health Department, or a Dr. Office, to get the shot record converted to the TN form.
5. If moving here from out of state, you will have to complete a school physical. An appointment card will suffice for 30 days only.
6. Withdrawal Form from the previous school.
**Failure to bring all necessary enrollment materials will delay your student's enrollment.
