Congratulations are in order for the Sweetwater High School HOSA students! At this year's Tennessee Valley Fair, the HOSA team put together a winning display that earned them 1st place and a $150 prize!
According to HOSA sponsor Mrs. Jayne Ingram, the theme for the HOSA competition was "Dare to Create," and the girls chose "Dare to Create Your Future" using "Barbie, You can be anything." They displayed Florence Nightingale, the first Black physician, the first female EMT, the first female Dentist, Barbie with Prosthetic leg, back brace for scoliosis, and Barbie with hearing aids.
