On Thursday, December 1st, 2022, Randy Barnes and Jack Headrick signed to run track and cross country at Tennessee Wesleyan University next year with Coach Michael Basuini. Randy is a 4-year runner at SHS and Jack, who has run all 4 years of high school, transferred from California and will finish his senior year running at SHS. They were joined by family members, AP Mike Martin, AD Kim Vineyard, Coach Emily Roy, and representatives from TWU including Coach Basuini.
